This custom home features a lovely living room with volume ceilings and marble floors that open out to a large lanai, separate formal & informal dining areas, a large family room which encompasses, volume ceilings, custom built-ins & fireplace, and a contemporary bright and open kitchen featuring granite counter tops. This home offers you everything you need for a luxurious vacation. With over 3,920 sq ft on 2 floors the house offers enough space for you and your family. You have a greeting area with fire pit and beautiful views overlooking the lanai/ pool area. The dining area offers sitting for 6 with a big wooden custom built in wet bar. The kitchen is in the middle of the house, convenient weather you prepare lunch and dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances. The living room has a comfortable leather coach overlooking the water and a 70 inch flat screen T.V. with a Control4 entertainment system. The perfect place to watch sports or a movie with the whole family. The first floor offers an oversized master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, access to the lanai/pool area and beautiful water view. The bathroom has a shower, hot tub, his and her sink, a separate toilet and a vanity. Also located on the first floor is the second bedroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed, access to the lanai/pool area and water view. It also has its own private bathroom. If you still have to work while you are in vacation you can take advantage of the office that is setup to fit 2 people with built in wooden cabinets and wooden floor. While you are working you still can see your family through the elegant French doors enjoying the pool and lanai area. The Home also features a large boat dock and a spacious 2 car garage, however the owners car is inside the garage limiting space to fit a large second vehicle On the second floor with over 650 sq. ft you will find the 3rd and the 4th bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom offers you a queen size bed with walk-in closet and a private balcony. The balcony offers you breathtaking water views and is the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or sit back under the stars in the evening. The 4th bedroom is setup as a separate living area with couch, wet bar, big TV and a separate balcony to enjoy beautiful sunsets. It is very spacious and gives the opportunity to spend family time while maintaining privacy. My family enjoyed the pool and fishing off the boat dock. Marco is always beautiful and Tigertail beach is not as crowded as other Marco beaches. The house was beautiful and well stocked with all of the things we would need to enjoy our stay. We stayed in and cooked several meals in the high end kitchen. The pool was beautiful, and offered lots of shade for those that wanted it. It was an easy walk to Tigertail, and super close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. Lighting in bathroom dim, outdoor grill- the flame is dangerously high when first ignited. Certainly would book again if a vacation on Marco Island is planned! ##### Christina M. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the actual white sand beach. They could use some new towels and a SINGLE serve coffee maker. There was a coffee pot, but there was a dead fly in it, so we did not use it. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with my granddaughters. The pull out couch was awful, my 7 year old granddaughter tried to sleep on it the first night and was poked by springs. We put two quilts under the bottom sheet and she was able to sleep on it. That is very small room and the TV did not work. The two main bedrooms are beautiful and have access to the pool area. So many restaurants to choose from within a 5 to 10 drive. ##### Laura H. The process of filing out all various paperwork was cumbersome for me. There is a credit charge fee, a fee to pay by wire, and a heat the pool charge fee,.... Close to Tigertail Beach. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean in good working order. Decor is a bit dated but pleasant. Outdoor grill has had some fire damage it appears to have been Roughly repaired. The garage has one vehicle in storage and is in need of cleaning and organizing. We had to buy two new beach chairs and a pull wagon foe the beach as theirs were in poor condition. The bikes and strollers all were also in poor repair. That said we enjoyed cooking and relaxing in the home. Management needs to replace several burnt out light bulbs, especially in the master bath and outdoors. ##### Rachel S. Unable to turn on heat. Did call management. Heat needed repairs but to stay warm had to get sweatshirts to wear and sleep in Tried to use the hot tub and pool and the unit did not work. Pool people came out 5 times and after the 3 rd week they finally got the heat in the hot tub and pool to work. Daniel from Vrbo was there when we arrived and he came out several times to take care of the problems we were experiencing. He is an excellent employee. Had to call Vrbo as there was a cockroach in the pool and another in the lower level guest room ##### Lee F.
