The 56 feet of wrap-around balcony provides exquisite views from the 11th floor of the beach, gulf, and Marco Island's beautiful second-to-none sunsets. This updated unit features new tile floors, living room furniture, bedroom sets, and three TVs. The condo can comfortably sleep six guests with a King in the primary room, a guest bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The minute you step into the condo, the spectacular views will leave you breathless. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and an umbrella are provided for guests to use during their stay, making for the perfect beach vacation! AMENITIES FOR ALL GUESTS Gated with 24-hour Security Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts (Court Fees Apply) Boat Slip Rentals (Additional Fees Apply) Exercise Room Short Walk to Tigertail Public Beach offering concession, barbeque grills, picnic tables, playground, restrooms, bird watching tower, small recreational water rentals.
