South Seas Tower 4, this beachfront recently updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 16th floor condominium offers amazing sunset views of Tigertail Beach. The kitchen boasts of granite countertops, custom flooring, cabinets, and lighting. There is an electric Hamilton Beach Grill! The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, large HD smart flat-screen TV, and ample seating for guests. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. The master bedroom has an on-suite custom bathroom and oversized walk-in closet. Location great! Cleanliness, not so good & needs updates. Hot water heater barely good for one shower. Kitchen drawer held together with tape. In desperate need of new refrigerator. Freezer wouldn't even freeze ice cream. Front door of refrigerator & handle gross. Master sheets were pilling terribly. Felt like sandpaper. Luckily found another set in linen closet. Views are absolutely amazing from balcony in all directions. Unit was dirty at check in. Fridge was falling apart, found food residue and hairs inside. Kitchen cabinets were broken. There was layers of dust around the unit and it was clear it hadn’t been dusted in months. The toilet broke during our stay. Property manager sent someone to fix it. But not ideal during a vacation. The unit was very dated- the sheets, towels and most things inside were very old and not comfortable . Not a relaxing environment. The condo building is very crowded which is fine but waiting for the elevator was long. Someone pulled the fire alarm one night which was not fun either. If improvements are made this would be a great rental. ##### Sule S.
