There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed and twin beds in the guest bedrooms. Excellent fishing off the pier, boats of all sizes going through Caxambas Pass, a short walk across your Cape Marco complex to the three miles of Marco Islands white sand crescent beach. Tennis, heated pool, fitness center and social activities in the Club Monterrey social area are included in this upscale condo. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths offer a large living area. Gated and secure Cape Marco is the perfect lifestyle. Minimum stay of 90 days. Property owner accepts a 3-4 month rental.
