We contacted vacasa and did not get a response from the local team. We paid for heating the pool/spa to be able to use the hot tub but were unaware they would heat the pool to 86 degrees which seems excessive for a pool temperature. We asked that they turn the heat off which was done within about 24 hours.The house is not within walking distance from really anything so it was nice to have a car. The kitchen had very few items for preparing meals and the floors/rugs were quite dirty. We’ve stayed at several.VRBOs in the past - this one is just okay. ##### Ashley P. Apparently a request to use the amenities is required days before you arrive so it can take days to heat up and also with an extra charge per day. Very disappointed to have missed that detail-as it was a chilly time. Property management seemed very robotic and was not very prompt.
