The house located only a few minutes walks to the sports center, Marco Island Historical Museum, library, and large multi-fun community park, and 9-minute bike to the white-sand beaches. Enjoy sun the whole day in the screened lanai overseeing a long canal and captivating view of a waterway, or enjoy the tropical breezes while sipping a cocktail under the palm trees on your own waterfront backyard beach area or fish from the private dock. Some of the features included are 2 family rooms to enjoy, all 3 bedrooms have beautiful canal water views, bright kitchen facing beautiful waterfront, double sinks in each bathroom (both have larger than usual stand-up shower), 2 convertible sofa beds in the family & living rooms, high-powered pool heater, decorated lanai, and southern facing backyard beach to read & relax with a glass of wine/beer/cocktail enjoying the endless breeze coming from extended water canals or seeing boats passing by! Flexible sleeping arrangement -- master bedroom king size bed sleeps 2, guest bedroom #1 queen sleeps 2, guest bedroom #2 twin beds sleep 2, living room convertible sofa bed sleeps 1, and family room convertible sofa bed sleeps 1\. The house includes a full-size pool table, board games, cable TVs, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, 65" smart TV in living room, 60” TV in family room, 50” TV in master bedroom and the first guest bedroom, and 32" TV in 2nd bedroom. There are leather sofas and recliners, allowing for plenty of fun and family memories. The kitchen has a pass-through window for easy access to outside pool entertaining. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. Very clean and stocked with all the items you need so we didn’t have to bring anything. The lanai space was all of our favorite space. Of all the places we have stayed at from Clearwater beach and south to Naples, Marco island didn’t have the best beach access, so this house offered the best water for our vacation. You had the best morning sun and the best sunset orientation. The heated pool and hot tub was great. The beach on the back by the water way gave us an impression of being at the beach. Super clean with everything you need for your winter break. Pool and spa were fun for the whole family. Rented a pontoon boat and had it parked right outside. Easy to get to beach, restaurants and shopping. Lots of places for walking and an easy walk to the Farmers Market on Wednesday. Excellent communication from the beginning throughout the whole visit. Our son and wife with a 5- and 2-year-old also joined us. We could not get our 5-year-old granddaughter out of the pool we all loved it. The sandy beach was great for the kids to hide seashells and play in the sand. My husband and son caught a couple of fish out of the canal. we also saw 2 dolphins swimming in the canal. The setting was so peaceful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great walking to the park and Farmer's Market on Wed is a must to do. The beaches were easy to drive too or ride bikes. Across the street we saw 2 burrowing owls. We were able to bring our dog along and she loved it too. We were able to take her on long walks. We will defiantly be back. Thank you! ##### Marilyn B. My husband and I had an awesome two weeks!! Could not have found a better property to relax and unwind. So enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fishing off the dock and the beautiful water view. Especially nice to catch the dolphins going by, and to see the pelicans and herons along the canal. The house had everything you need and the owners were great!
