Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer without additional cost. The condo includes one assigned free parking spot. Accommodations feature a Queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a heated pool, BBQ area, pickleball court, and shuffleboard. Free Wifi and telephone service are provided in the condo. It's just a short walk to restaurants, shops, movie theaters, and mini-golf. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID. ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This Condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Right across the street from the beach with a private walk down to the beach. Right across the street from Sunset Grill and walking or biking distance to other restaurants and shops. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Only downside to our visit was that there was construction work going on right outside the elevator. Wasn’t to nosy while they were working and they were done by 4pm. Really pay attention to check in because the office of the condo is not the same as the office in the building. It’s right on your way to the condo but just follow the instructions and you’ll be fine. This was our first time visiting Marco Island and as long as there’s two of us going we’ll definitely try and stay here. ##### Kevin P.
