Guests are required to check with the office in 24 hrs of arrival to register for a parking permit. If the office is closed, please see security in the golf cart on the property. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Dock details: Guests cannot park a boat at the marina. You walk through the pool deck to get to the marina. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
