Things to Know There is a QR code that will be emailed or texted to you 1 week prior to check-in in you will need to have on hand to access the community at the front gate. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Snowbird-Friendly - Contact us to inquire about special rates! Guests are required to check with the office in 24 hrs of arrival to register for a parking permit. If the office is closed, please see security in the golf cart on the property. No parking fee required unless staying 30 days or more. Please read the confirmation email for gate access upon arrival. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Dock details: Guests cannot park a boat at the marina. You walk through the pool deck to get to the marina. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Security guard/Girl is an annoying mean nasty person. every year she will yell at the kids or harass us while we are in the pool, or watch us like a hawk for everything. Very nice neighborhood. Nice pool, rental boats and waverunners nearby. What would’ve made this stay Perfect. Would have been 2 beach chairs and two beach towels. Washer and dryer would be nice too. We were not informed in advance that property renovations were in progress. We were denied use of our lanai after the second day of our stay and actually had to leave the property at times during our stay due to noise levels.
