Overlooking the Gulf of Procchio towards Marciana Marina, past the beaches of Paolina and Redinoce, the beach of Bagno Sprizze is an uncontaminated jewel, mostly frequented by residents and those arriving by sea. The structure that we offer to our guests is an exclusive proposal, which is proposed as one of the best in the catalog due to the uniqueness of its position, close to the sea, along the coast, with large well-kept gardens, an infinity pool on the gulf, and the 360° view of the gulf and its wonders. The residence is located directly on the sea, the pebble and rocky beach make the water fresh and crystal clear. It is inserted inside a private park and all three apartments enjoy an enchanting view, all capable of ensuring the best livability of the spaces, maximum tranquillity, for a holiday dedicated to rest of body and mind.

We will apply our agreed rates: you will not find anything cheaper either online or directly, anywhere.  
Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you a simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental. We take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs!  
  
We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.  
  
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

It is divided into three large apartments, each of which enjoys a unique view of the Gulf. It is located in Sprizze, a locality between Marciana Marina and La Paolina, in one of the most suggestive gulfs of the area, where clean sea, fresh and clear water meet the green of the Mediterranean maquis.

It is made up of kitchen/dining room, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (joinable beds), two bathrooms with shower. Separate from the main body double bedroom with bathroom (on the same floor but not connected via an internal door).

\- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person to be paid in advance (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
