The villa is ideal for those seeking a vacation rental or holiday rental experience. It boasts a range of amenities, including a storage room for bicycles, a washing machine (available for an extra fee), and heating during the winter months from November 1st to April 15th. While the property is located in a pedestrian area, there is a 200m footpath leading to the house, and public parking is available 250m away on the road. Nearby, you'll find shops, a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and ferry access to Portoferraio, all within a short distance.

Villa di Marciana's location in Marciana, Italy, is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
