Property Summary  
Casetta Filip is a single-family vacation rental house located in the hamlet of Prodol, just 5 km from the center of Marčana and 11 km from Pula, Croatia. It offers a private property spanning 5,000 square meters, complete with a garden, lawn, and an angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) available seasonally from April 25 to October 10. The property boasts amenities such as an outdoor shower, terrace (20 square meters), garden furniture, barbecue, and a children's playground with a slide and swing. Additionally, it provides internet access, a trampoline, and a washing machine on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor area of Casetta Filip is truly remarkable, featuring a spacious garden with a lawn, an angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) complete with an internal staircase, and an outdoor shower. Guests can relax on the terrace (20 square meters) equipped with garden furniture and enjoy alfresco dining with a barbecue. Children can have a blast at the on-site playground with a slide and swing. Moreover, the property boasts an outdoor kitchen with four hot plates, an oven, and a bread oven, allowing for culinary adventures under the open sky.
