This beautiful stone house located in the peaceful place Marčana, perfect for a relaxing family holiday or friends getaway.   
This beautiful house combines traditional charm with modern comforts. In addition to a private pool and spacious garden, guests can enjoy a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ,   
ideal for preparing meals and dining.  
  
It features three cozy bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped indoor kitchen, and a comfortable dining area.  
Guests can enjoy nature walks, explore the surroundings with complimentary bicycles, or simply relax by the pool.  
With its proximity to Pula and Rovinj, this house offers the perfect blend of tranquility and activities.  
  
Pets are welcome - 10,00 Eur / day   
Heating of the swimming pool in the in colder months upon request, for an additional fee of 100,00 Eur per week.
