Quite a few little ants, crawling all around in the bathroom. Need to have an exterminator spray. Other than that, the dock for the boat was pretty bad. No cleats to tie up the boat. Built way too high out of the water. I made it work, but it was a pain in the butt.The views were great. The overall cleanliness of the place was good. HVAC worked great. ##### William H. We have already discussed returning for a longer stay. We only spend one night, but we fell in love. It was so relaxing to sit inside and watch out the sliding glass door at the water and the boats going by. We had some family stop over and enjoyed sitting out at the table. The queen size bed on the first floor was very comfortable. We only popped up to look at the loft, but it looked like a cozy place to sleep.
