The charming cabin has a view of the creek and has been newly remodeled with high-end fixtures, large stone walk-in shower and a copper sink offering real rustic luxury. Outside there is a large deck with a table for four and a glider where you can sit and enjoy nature. Downstairs guests will find the open living/kitchen area with a leather sofa, queen bed and a beautiful hand-made cedar staircase leading to the loft. The stairs have built in shelves where you’ll find books and games. The kitchen comes equipped with a two burner hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. In the upstairs loft, there are two twin beds which can be joined together to make a king sized bed if guests desire. It’s all hemmed in with a custom railing made from cedar found on the property. Situated on our 6 acre property, the cabin comes with its own bbq grill and firepit. Guests have access to the creek where you can fish and swim. We provide canoes on a first come, first serve basis and there is a treehouse for the kids! Unfortunately, due to our location, we are unable to provide guests with WiFi at this time, but we are happy to provide you with a list of local free WiFi hotspots! Our property manager, lives onsite and is available to answer any questions and handle any issues during your stay. We live in a rural area, and we are located off a county road. Our property is gated, and we will send you the code in the welcome message. Since we live in a rural community, there isn't public transit. There is a Lyft/Uber driver available from time to time. We are located about 7 miles outside Marble Falls. There is an HEB, Walmart and movie theatre, as well as several restaurants, wineries and breweries. It’s not the ritz, but they put good effort into the feel of the place inside and outside. Close to town and communication was great with the host. My only irritations are that there were a couple high up windows that you can’t keep the morning sun from coming in through, the AC couldn’t go lower than 72 degrees (I prefer colder), and the bed and bathroom door were both pretty squeaky, so it was difficult to get up at night or in the morning without waking the family.
