Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home, yard, boat dock with slip and swim platform. The Neighborhood: This home is located in Granite Shoals. There are several community parks and boat ramps available to use. There is also a community activity center with basketball courts, tennis courts, playground and walking trails. Getting Around: You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions. Other Things to Note: We are available by phone, email, text, Airbnb Message, or can be available in person if need be. No pets are allowed at this property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. Noise Ordinance: Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No exceptions! No amplified music or noise is allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors. The house sits right at the cusp of the lake, so the wall-to-wall windows offer an incredible view of the water that is so relaxing. The deck also faces the water and was a fantastic place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. The house itself is beautiful and clean, with a wonderful kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. There are so many wonderful details like the cubbies and nightlights in the bunkbeds or all the cooking utensils in the kitchen drawers. Everything was organized and easy to find.
