Everything was as listed and met all of our expectations. Quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the lake from our upstairs deck. House had literally everything we needed! Very clean and comfortable. Deer were all around the property and it was great for early morning walks with our dog. It was super hot while here but the house stayed very comfortable throughout the 109 avg temps! Highly recommend this place. Close to everything we needed. Owner was fantastic and left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us! This was well appreciated after our 4hr drive in! Went to Bluebonnet Cafe, of course, also tried Bear King Brewery which was awesome! I recommend the Texas Poutine! Also enjoyed Kynda Coffee, right up the street. One upstairs bedroom had a large deck and seating area. Deer were all around. It was convenient to downtown Marble Falls. But it also had the feel of being remote. The home was well appointed.
