Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This beautiful and fully-renovated three-bedroom home has amazing views of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson, a private covered patio with a hammock swing, and even a private beach just off to the side! Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings, a large flatscreen cable TV, and beautiful wall art. The full kitchen has all the appliances and cookware the family chef will need. Serving your guests will be easy, as this home enjoys a large wooden dining table with seating for eight, plus an additional dining room for the kids to have all to themselves. Everyone can escape to the garage to play a few hands at the poker table after dinner. Off to the side, the primary bedroom enjoys a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with bunks, and a shared bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy your first cup of coffee on the private dock while the world wakes up around you and the kids will love playing in the enclosed yard. After an afternoon racing around the lake, come back to store your jet ski with the jet ski slip then head inside to grill up some food with the private gas grill. Spend an evening playing board games with the family or watching your favorite movies on the TV. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. I stayed two days and on both nights, all guests (9) had a hard time to sleep, especially upstairs. The temperature got up to 86 degF and it just won't cool down. Nobody responds on vrbo messages. There was a separate number I had to call. The technical couldn't fix it and I had to deal with it again the next night as well. They said their customer experience team will reach out, but nobody did. In summary, great property which needs temp control fixed. But bad property management company behind. ##### Anshul G. Home was spacious and well layed out. The Primary Bedroom was always noticeably warmer than the rest of the home, so I dont know if there is a filter that needs to be changed for that room or what; ended up having to sleep with the door open after the first night so it could cool down. (It could have been the heat wave, but the remainder of the downstairs was cool). The shared dock gets EXTREMELY hot (way warmer than the concrete), so make sure you wear shoes all the way to the ladder (we placed a towel down at the ladder so you could stand on the towel before putting your shoes on). The river in front of the home does have some grass/seaweed growth where you get in, but if you walk a little ways out you can find a sand bar to stand on. Water is not deep, so adults can stand (somewhere between 5-5.5’). There is a bridge the crosses the river close to the house, but there really isnt much traffic/noise; just wasnt great to try and get nice sunset/sunrise photos! Random discovery: the river water dried out our skin, so make sure and bring moisturizing lotion! ##### Matthew B.
