### Spacious & Beautiful 3 Br apartment at Las Brisas

☆ Convenient access to Malaga's International Airport as well as to the main urban centres along the Costa del Sol such as Puerto Banús, Marbella, Benalmádena, etc.  
☆ Fully equipped so you can spend a great and comfortable stay in Marbella.  
This beautiful apartment is available for up to 6 guests. The property is appointed with:  
  
\> Living area: stylish table and chairs, comfortable sofas, a smart TV and the balcony area.  
\> Kitchen: you'll find special details in decoration. It's fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, a refrigerator, freezer, filter coffe machine, toaster, washing machine, and crockery. Everything you need to enjoy a nice dinner!  
\> Main bedroom: comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a TV. You have access to the balcony from here.  
\> 2 additional bedrooms with 2 single beds each and wardrobes in both of them.  
\> Main en suite bathroom: Spacious bathroom with a double sink and a bathtub.   
\> Balcony with beautiful views to the swimming pool and the garden.  
\> Private parking.

The property is close to a supermarket, restaurants, beach clubs, and coffee shops. Please check with us for a list of them!  
  
A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.  
We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 5 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.  
Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.  
  
\*Crib available upon request at additional cost  
\*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.  
\*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.  
\*The pool is open usually from May to October every year. Please check with us to see if the pool will be open during your visit. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.  
  
\*The building has an elevator.  
\*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book must be 25 yo.  
  
\*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
