### RDR394 - New Los Naranjos de Marbella close to sea

Beautifully renovated ground floor 3 bedroom apartment in the popular Los Naranjos de Marbella. Fully renovated and refurbished, this stunning property is new to the rental market and is the perfect holiday getaway. Bright and spacious, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan and fully equipped kitchen, living room, and 2 private terraces. The world famous Puerto Banús and the beach is less than 2 km from the property, and a supermarket and several restaurants are minutes away.  
  
The master bedroom features a king size bed, smart TV, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of storage space, and access to the property’s first terrace that features an alfresco dining area. The third bedroom has a double bed (140cm). This bedroom and the second share access to a bathroom with rainfall shower.  
  
The kitchen is open plan fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property. Guests will have all they need should they wish to cook and entertain from their holiday home. A dining area with seating for 6 sits in front of windows that look out over the communal swimming pool. The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs facing a smart TV. The second terrace features chillout seating, and from here there is direct access out to the community garden and swimming pool (seasonal availability).  
  
The apartment has strong fibre optic WIFI (100mbps) and air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms. Guests will have access to the communal gardens and swimming pools (seasonal availability).
