### RDR363 - Great 3 bedroom Dama de Noche Apartment

Great 3 bedroom apartment in the fantastic urbanisation La Dama de Noche. The urbanisation is just a short 15-20 minutes walk from the beach and the world famous Puerto Banús, offers guests 2 enormous communal swimming pools (seasonal availability), 6 padel tennis courts, well manicured and mature gardens, children’s play park, an onsite restaurant, and 24 hour security. 
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utilities expected of a well kept holiday home. Guests will find; a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
  
The master bedroom offers guests a spacious room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The second and third bedrooms share access to the second bathroom, which has a bath/shower.
  
The living room is well furnished and very comfortable. Guests will find, 2 large sofas facing a smart TV hung on the wall, as well as a couple of armchairs. Large windows lead to enclosed east facing terrace, with dining area for 6\. The windows around the terrace can be folded in our out, allowing it to be used all year. From the terrace it is possible to see the Banús Football Centre, where often international football teams can be seen training in their off season.
  
The property has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, and fast and unlimited fibre optic WIFI. This lovely apartment is perfect for sensible and respectful groups looking for a great rental property in an excellent location. We look forwards to welcoming you!
