Welcome to Marbella! This wonderful apartment is just a 7-minute drive from the beach and features a lovely garden with a water fountain within the complex, offering a relaxing and peaceful environment. It is located on the 1st floor, which can be accessed by stairs. The layout is as follows:
>Kitchen: Fully equipped with cupboards, oven, microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, and all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals.
>Living Room: Features a comfortable corner sofa, Smart TV, decorative fireplace, air conditioning, and a workspace with a desk and chair. From here, you can access the terrace.
>Dining Area: A well-ventilated and bright space with windows and access to the terrace. It includes a table and chairs for 4 people.
>Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a nightstand with drawers, and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, a dresser, a full-length mirror, and storage space. Both bedrooms have windows with curtains.
>Bathrooms: The property has 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom has a sink and glass-enclosed shower. The second bathroom is a toilette and is located in the secondary bedroom and has a sink and toilet.
>Terrace: The terrace is a beautiful space to relax, have drinks, or dine with friends and family. It features wooden flooring, an outdoor table and chairs, and a view of the lush garden within the complex.
The apartment also includes air conditioning in the living room, WiFi, a washing machine, and a communal pool (open during certain months a year - generally from May to October - please check availability before booking) that guests can enjoy during their stay. Please note that due to drought, the pool’s opening dates may be affected.
Also note that there is no elevator and there are 8 steps to go up to the floor.

*A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

* We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.
*The pool is open all the year from 10:00 to 22:00hs
*Sheets and towels included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
