The villa is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, and it's also within easy reach of the famous Nikki Beach Club and La Cabane. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, with proximity to shops, restaurants, and Marbella's city center is just 5 km to the west. Stepping into the villa, you'll find a spacious open-plan living area with large sliding doors leading to a beautiful outdoor terrace. The living room is elegantly decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere for family gatherings or entertaining friends.
