The simply fantastic triplex apartment on the seashore is everything one possibly needs to turn an ordinary holiday into an extraordinary experience.  
  
The two-bedroom penthouse is located in a residential complex with 24x7 security, large shared pools, a well-equipped gym, two squash courts and an activities area. The highlight of the apartment is its terrace with a private swimming pool. Guests can spend hours in the pool or bask in the sun without anybody disturbing them. There is also alfresco dining. In all, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.  
  
The bright and beautiful living room of the apartment opens into another terrace that further makes the room feel open and spacious. This room has nice earthy decoration and is furnished with a modern sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table overlooking the terrace. In one corner of this room, there is also a children’s play area. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster and a fridge.

The lovely triplex apartment enjoys a great location in Marbella. It is close to the sea coast occupying a very sunny position. Its prime location in the main town area puts the guests close to a variety of restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, shops and supermarkets. One can enjoy safe and hassle-free parking even on the busiest days while exploring the town and its old center.  
  
The town of Marbella hosts tourists and locals to its incredible beaches along its 27 kilometers of coastline. These blue flags bearing world-class beaches are equipped with public baths, showers, sun loungers, and not to forget the chiringuitos. These beaches are known for their unique qualities such as natural beauty, water sports opportunities, family-friendly environment, glamorous beach parties, expensive restaurants and yachts and more, thus, attracting different kinds of crowds. Another tourist hotspot is Old town (5 minutes) which is the historical center of the town. Its cobbled streets, ancient architecture, relaxing and inviting ambiance and various eating places transport travelers to a bygone era.  
  
The paved promenade Paseo Marítimo is a great place to enjoy sunsets and people watching. The town is also rich in museums, historical monuments, art galleries, theatres and golf clubs. The famed Puerto Banus with its glitzy lifestyle, expensive sports cars and yachts and world-class restaurants is only 5 minutes away.  
  
The nearest airport is Malaga International Airport which is about 53 kilometers from the apartment. Please note that the pool is open from the 22nd of June 2025 to the 15th of September 2025

#### Don't stay here!

DONT STAY HERE. If I could give less than one star, I would. The pool looks nothing like the pictures as it's dirty and falling apart into the water. The building itself is filthy. The Property Managers are scammers. We stayed a total of 20 minutes before we left in disgust. No refund, as was promised and also they ghosted us.

Dålig köks utrustning Kan ej säga att det är för 4 personer. Fick möblera om ena rummet för att dra ut undersängen och risigt badrum i det lilla sovrummet. Varför målat över marmor väggarna ??? Trasig wc knapp. Våning säng hade varit bättre . Uteplatsen hade varit ok om det hade varit renoverat . Lilla toaletten var porslinet trasigt .
