Find your perfect accommodation in Marbella at this beautiful duplex with a host of amenities to keep the guests relaxed and rejuvenated.  
  
The two-bedroom apartment is ideal for 5 adults and a child. Guests have access to various amenities like a shared pool, two squash courts and a gym that they share with other residents of the complex. There is a private terrace for the exclusive use of the guests where they can dine and enjoy the weather. Inside the air-conditioned apartment, the living room is quite spacious and well-furnished. There is a comfortable seating area with a few sofas and a flat-screen TV while the dining space is perfect for 6 guests. The kitchen is separate and equipped with modern utilities like a dishwasher, a toaster, a fridge and an oven. There is also a breakfast area here.

Bedroom 1: The beautiful room is divided into two sections and has en-suite facility. One section has direct balcony access and is furnished with a double bed. The other section has a single bed and a smaller bed suitable for a child.

The fantastic duplex apartment enjoys a great location in Marbella. It is close to the sea coast occupying a very sunny position. Its prime location in the main town area puts the guests close to a variety of restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, shops and supermarkets. One of the greatest advantages of staying here is that guests have access to private parking space so that they can enjoy safe and hassle-free parking even on the busiest days while exploring the town and its old center.  
  
The town of Marbella hosts tourists and locals to its incredible beaches along its 27 kilometers of coastline. These world-class beaches bearing blue flags are equipped with public baths, showers, sun loungers, and not to forget the chiringuitos. They are known for their unique qualities such as natural beauty, water sports opportunities, family-friendly environment, glamorous beach parties, expensive restaurants and yachts and more, thus, attracting different kinds of crowds. Another tourist hotspot is Old town (8 minutes) which is the historical center of the town. Its cobbled streets, ancient architecture, relaxing and inviting ambiance and various eating places transport travelers to a long bygone era.  
The paved promenade Paseo Marítimo is a great place to enjoy sunsets and people watching. The town is also rich in museums, historical monuments, art galleries, theatres and golf clubs. The famed Puerto Banus with its glitzy lifestyle, expensive sports cars and yachts and world-class restaurants is only 5 minutes away.  
  
The nearest airport is Malaga International Airport which is about 53 kilometers from the apartment. Please note that the pool is open from the 22nd of June 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
