All guests have access to the full accommodation. This includes the living space, bedrooms, bathrooms and terrace.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
The neighbourhood can be described as quiet and pleasant. It is relax envoirement with mainly locals. Many bars, shops and restaurants are located in the old town of Marbella which is just a few minutes away from this accommodation.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:  
  
\- Puerto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.  
  
\- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 5 minutes away.  
  
\- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 35 minutes away.  
  
\- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.  
  
\- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away.  
  
\- Ronda: 60 minutes away.  
  
\- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Diaz, Lidl, Aldi) 5 minutes away.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
1\. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.  
  
3\. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.   
  
4\. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.  
  
5\. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.  
  
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.  
  
7\. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.   
  
8\. The key collection is done via a lockbox. The lockbox is 9 minutes from the accommodation and the instructions are provided one day prior to your arrival.   
  
9\. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.   
  
10\. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us.   
  
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
