The terrace is partly covered and can be closed off with glass panels to enjoy longer stays during winter time. The complex provides a great indoor SPA area (fitness and heated pool). The urbanization provides fantastic facilities as a rooftop, super-sized Jacuzzi, a great communal pool area, two saunas one for ladies and one for gentlemen an indoor pool and a 90 m2 gymnasium completely equipped with the latest in gym machines. This very spacious penthouse contains 3 bedrooms (all with double beds) and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own terrace and en suite bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet and the other 2 bedrooms have one bathroom to share with shower, single sink and toilet. All bedrooms have large build in closets. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and internet is provided. From the open plan living room & kitchen area there are wonderful views to the Mediterranean Sea. The living is tastefully decorated in Scandinavian style. The living room presents itself with a lounge and dining area for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee brewer and kettle. Next to the kitchen you find the washing machine & tumble dryer. The covered terrace which can be closed off during winter season is located towards south and has a lounge area for 6 and a dining table for 4 (+ 2). Furthermore you find a high table with bar stools for late evening drinks complemented with most amazing views towards east and west.
