Une voiture de location est recommandée. 5 minutes en voiture du centre commercial, des bars, des restaurants et de la mer avec les larges plages de sable fin. Dix minutes en voiture de Marbella. La maison est située à côté du terrain de golf de Santa Maria. Il y a une remise sur le green fee sur le parcours de golf pour les clients. Elviria est le point de départ idéal pour des visites de l'Andalousie, par ex. B. 2 heures à Grenade, Séville ou Cordoue. L'appartement transmet une intimité absolue et dispose d'une grande chambre avec lit double et armoires encastrées, salon avec télévision, WiFi, cuisine et salle de bains. Toutes les chambres (y compris les salles de bains) ont vue sur les montagnes et la mer. La grande terrasse sud-ouest est meublée de chaises longues et d'un coin repas. The water treatment plant is not at all bothersome as mentioned in some reviews (we only noticed smells a few times). The apartment is very comfortable, and the host is welcoming and kind, as is her neighbor, who helped us organize our trip! ! There is also a large, warm pool that we enjoyed throughout our stay. We looked at the reviews after we had booked. It was very hot whilst there and air con was important to us. Listing states air con however it is only in the bedroom. There is a fan in the lounge. This is ineffective. Temp in lounge was unbearable even with doors open. Needs air con in lounge. Very basic utensils in kitchen. Large black ants invaded at night and clearly is a known problem. There is an cctv camera above the bedroom door that leads to the veranda so it felt like we were being watched. Also noticed after the first night a camera in the hallway that looks onto the bedroom and bathroom. I had to cover it up. Felt uneasy. There is a sewage treatment plant below the property and you can smell it and it is the view from the property. The private pool is in fact shared with the owner. You have to go down some dubious steep steps with no grab rail and follow the path round to the front. So owner has full sight of you. Not private. Owner was welcoming. There is a connecting door between the main house and the flat. Can’t be locked from flat side. You could hear all voices and daily noise from the house which meant they could hear us talking I assume. Bed linen is old looking. The whole place could do with freshing up. Patio area is uneven and stones loose. Sunsets are great. Sea view is not really all that good as it is to the side. Owners windows look right onto the veranda. All in all, nice owner. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und insgesamt recht gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionabel. Wir haben z.B. prima in den Betten geschlafen. Die Terasse hat uns mit ihrem schönen Ausblick in den Garten und Umgebung sehr gefallen. Lediglich die Liegen waren unbequem und eine Auflage wäre sicherlich nötig gewesen. Traurig für die gesamten Anwesen in der Umgebung und damit auch für dieses ist der Umstand, dass eine im Tal befindliche Kläranlage bei bestimmten Windbedingungen zu einer erheblichen Geruchsbelästigung führt. ##### Ute L. Séjour de 9 nuits en octobre 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Anna K. 18 oct. 2023 #### Aufenthalt 17 Tage September/Oktober 2023 Leider wurde nicht erwähnt, dass die Villa mit dem "Luxus" Apartment oberhalb eines Industriegebietes Luftlinie ca. 200 m liegt und 24 Stunden täglich eine Umwälzpumpe läuft die dementsprechend hörbare Geräusche Tag u. Nacht erzeugt und je nach Windrichtung ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch der Klär- und Wasseraufbereitungsanlage zu riechen ist. Ein Großteil des Küchenequipment müsste in dem "Luxus" Apartment entsorgt werden da dieses sehr stark abgenützt und zum Teil verrostet ist sowie eingebrannte Pfannen etc. Das gesamte Geschirr ist zusammengewürfelt und sollte aussortiert werden, weniger ist mehr und sinnvoller! In der Dusche befindet sich keine Ablage man muss Duschgel, Shampoo etc. alles auf den Boden stellen. Die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind durchgelegen und die Streben drücken in den Rücken genauso die Plastikstühle gehören ausgetauscht Positiv: Sehr schön ist der Pool, den man mitbenützen darf. Unser Resümee ist! Wir werden das "Luxus" Apartment nicht mehr buchen! ##### Anna K. Really good beaches at Cabopino and Elviria are very close. It would make sense to go at a time when you can use the well maintained pool. Zij spreekt Duits, Engels en Spaans zo krijg je een duidelijke uitleg over de gebruiken in de vakantiewoning. Deze woning is voorzien van alle basis behoeft goed ingerichte keuken met voldoende servies en eenvoudig kookgerei. De bedden zijn van een prima kwaliteit. Via een steil trapje kom je bij het ruime en diepe zwembadwaar je een heerlijk baantje kunt trekken. Wij hebben hier een prima tijd gehad . ##### Hans v.
