THE HOUSE IN DETAIL ⤵️ The house is located in a quiet and well-maintained urbanization, offering a serene and relaxing setting. Being on one floor, it is accessible and comfortable for all guests. Upon entering the house, you will be welcomed by a spacious living-dining room, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need during your stay. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a television for your entertainment. There is also a wood-burning stove to provide warmth on cooler days. The dining area includes a spacious table with seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals with your loved ones. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. You’ll also find all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. From the living-dining area, you can access a covered terrace with a cozy chill-out area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is also a second, larger, and sunnier terrace with an outdoor dining table for two. The house includes a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Additionally, you can generally find free street parking (with a bit more difficulty during high season).
