### Spacious Home Guadalvillas 128 with Terrace, 2 Pools & 2-Min Walk to Beach in Marbella

Beautiful house, very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, large terrace and solarium.   
  
It is located 2 minutes walk from the beach, in an urbanization with 2 swimming pools, beautiful gardens and 24-hour security. A few meters from San Pedro de Alcántara and its large Paseo Marítimo, where there is a wide variety of beach bars and bars. Surrounded by golf courses.   
  
On the first floor we find the main room, with a 150cm double bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony. Another room with 2 90cm beds and the third room also has 2 90cm beds with access to a large terrace.   
  
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with dining room and direct access to the private terrace.   
  
House fully equipped with TV, wifi and everything you need for a few days of relaxation. Crib and high chair available, you just have to let us know to set them up. Indoor non-smoking facilities.   
  
Excellent location for family vacations or golf getaways.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
