Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright living-dining room that integrates with a modern American kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. The American bar adds an elegant and functional touch. From the living room, you access a cosy 15 m² terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool, perfect for moments of relaxation and socialising. 🌺🍹  
  
  
  
The apartment is on the first floor (without a lift) and has three bedrooms designed for your comfort: a main bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony; a second bedroom also with a double bed and exterior views; and a third versatile bedroom with bunk bed and additional bed, ideal for children. Additionally, it has a second full bathroom for greater convenience. 🚿🛏️  
  
  
  
Its location is strategic: just 800 metres from the sandy beach and rocky beach of Playa Triana de Cabopino, and at the same distance from the Dunas de Artola Natural Park, a perfect place for hiking, sports and wildlife photography.
