This apartment is located on the first floor and available to receive 5 guests. \> Kitchen: The kitchen is independent and is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, hot water kettle, crockery and all the utensils you will need during your stay. \> Living-room and dining sector: The last thing you will lack here is space. Carefully decorated with elegance, this space has a table and chairs for 6 people. The living room has a very comfortable 3-body sofa, an individual armchair and a Smart TV with Netflix. From here you can also go out to the terrace that is equipped with outdoor furniture, designed to sit and relax after a day of exploring. \> Bedrooms: It has three comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious, has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe to unpack during your stay. A small balcony can also be accessed from here. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third one a single bed with a wardrobe and a desk. \> Bathrooms: The bathrooms in white and gray tones. The main bathroom, very well lit, has a bathtub, toilet, double sink and storage space. The second one, has a glass-enclosed shower and sink. Both include basic hygiene products. The apartment has a washing machine, hot/cold air conditioning and Wi-Fi. We have a private underground parking in the property and free street parking available. The urbanization also offers a community pool (open a few months a year -generally from May to October- we suggest checking availability before booking) that guests can enjoy during their stay, showers, a beautiful garden, and a 24-hour doorman. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected. Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€. \*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book is 25 yo. \*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels. \*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost. \*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning.
