Located very closed to the Encarnación Church, Plaza de los Naranjos (Townhall). The orientation of the property is south, sunny and with a wonderful roof top terrace. All the bedrooms have natural light. This apartment comprises; lounge/dining room with access to a internal spanish style patio, fully fitted kitchen open to the lounge, a full bathroom in the groundfloor. On the first floor, master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, third bedroom with double bed, separate bathroom with shower. On the roof, big lounge with TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine area. Nice and huge terrace on the roof with sightviews to the Church La Encarnación and all the Town of Marbella. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room, hot&cold. 🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before. 🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach towel) per guest included in the rental price.
