The property features a heated, covered private pool, a fenced garden with BBQ facilities, and a game room with pool and table tennis. Many interconnected rooms create a perfect environment for family gatherings, while air conditioning and floor heating ensure comfort year-round. Just 800 meters from the beach and 2.7 km from Puerto Banús, the villa offers easy access to coastal activities, from sunbathing and swimming to watersports. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy nearby courses, and the villa’s location also allows for scenic coastal drives or day trips to Marbella’s town center, just 10 km away.
