Welcome to our beautiful, east-facing flat in the prestigious Locrimar condominium, in Marbella. Perfectly prepared to accommodate up to 5 guests, this bright and modern apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.  
\>Living Room: Relax in the fully air-conditioned living room, featuring a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The space is bathed in natural light from the large glass window that opens onto a beautiful terrace. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor table and chairs with seating for 4.  
\>Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in our modern, separate kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, complete crockery, and washing machine. Ample storage space is also available.  
\>Master Bedroom: The bright master bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the balcony.

If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a €25 surcharge.  
\*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.  
\*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.  
\*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.  
\*The pool is only open a few months a year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the chosen dates. Please note that due to drought, pool opening dates may be affected.  
\*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
