It is a **very comfortable accommodation** for families or a small group of friends: the quality/price ratio is excellent. The maximum capacity is for **four people**. The swimming pool is open in July and August. Recently renovated, the accommodation has **two bedrooms**, well-equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace. It also has free private parking space, air conditioning and WiFi which costs 3€/day. So if you are looking for cheap apartments in Marbella for your vacations on the Costa del Sol, this apartment is a great choice. Swimming pool available in season (01/07/2025 - 31/08/2025). Its location is ideal and practical, because **you can do without the car**: the old town is just a ten-minute walk away, while nearby you have a Mercadona supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and any service you may need during your vacations on the Costa del Sol. The garden and the swimming pool are accessible only and exclusively during the opening period of the swimming pool, during the months of July and August. The Community of Owners may, without prior notice, extend or reduce the opening period of the swimming pool. The accommodation offers a parking space, located on the -1 floor of the same building. Access is by remote control. Nous avons été très bien accueillis (horaire pour les clés flexible), l'appartement est bien aménagé et super beau ! Il était propre et possédait toutes les choses nécessaires afin de passer un bon séjour (sauf produits ménagers). Seul point négatif le bruit liés aux voitures sur la terrasse et dans la chambre principale, cependant nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement, je le conseille fortement ! ##### Clarisse C.
