### Apartment near the beach and the promenade

Apartment located in the center of Marbella a few meters from the sea, ideal for two people. Located on the corner of Miguel Cano and Antonio Belón streets, the accommodation is located in the heart of Marbella, within walking distance of the Alameda, the Avenida del Mar, the port and the promenade. You have everything at your fingertips: restaurants, bars, shops and everything else you might need during your stay.  
The beautiful old town of Marbella can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes: this accommodation is ideal for fully enjoying Marbella and all its recreational offer.  
  
The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and terrace. It is located on the fifth floor of the Millenium Building (has a lift). It also offers you free wifi and air conditioning.  
If you are traveling with children, you can request both a cot and a high chair.   
  
It is an ideal accommodation for traveling without a car, as you can easily reach all the main points of interest in the city on foot. In any case, if you come with your car, less than 50 meters from the Millenium building you will find the underground car park on Avenida del Mar, while the Francisco Norte car park is also easily accessible.  
In the Alameda area, less than a minute's walk from the accommodation, there is the stop for buses that pass through the center, located next to the taxi rank.
