The beautifully maintained and secure gated complex offers a large communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool, set in manicured gardens. The nearest beach is located just 800m away. The apartment sits on the outskirts of Cabopino Golf Club and the clubhouse is located 1.5km away. The apartment benefits from vented aircon in the lounge and bedrooms, and free WIFI. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is arranged over one level. The separate kitchen is well equipped and offers a separate utility room with a washing machine. There is an Air fryer and a sandwich maker to make preparing snacks a bit more convenient. The open plan living space offers a large dining seating area. There is a U-shaped sofa that can be pulled out to make a single sofa bed, an armchair and a 50" smart TV offering international channels. From the lounge you have direct access to the inviting, south facing terrace. The terrace is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, lounge chair and dining table. There are also two deck chairs. There are glass balustrades and steps leading down to a small grassed garden area. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and offers direct access onto the terrace. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a bath with a shower attachment and a bidet. The guest bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
