Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Mas havia retorno de mal cheiro no ralo do box do banheiro. E o café da manhã, por ser num horário restrito (de 8h às 10h), aglomera muita gente e falta mesa e cadeiras para os hóspedes. Tem q ficar esperando uma família acabar o café para a outra se sentar. E da mesma forma, por ser num horário curto, a reposição das comidas não vai no mesmo ritmo e tem q ficar esperando a reposição. Não há suco no café, só refrescos e não tem de laranja. Outra falha foi a falta de troca de toalhas no nosso quarto, ficamos 4 noites e não tivemos as toalhas trocadas. Bangalô já necessitando de uma reforma, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Grande maioria dos hospedes saindo para almoçar e jantar fora, devido aos preços. Destaque para o garçom Rafael. Outro ponto que o hotel precisa se preocupar é com a limpesa da praia em frente ao hotel. Acumulando muito lixo, e não vimos limpesa em nenhum dia. Os quartos são distantes também, tem transporte apenas para as malas, para os hóspedes tinha que ter aqueles carrinhos de golfe. Na minha saída os meninos do quadriciclo foram gentis e nos ofereceram uma carona, mas foi bem improvisado😅. O hotel está mal cuidado, tem tudo pra ser um bom hotel, mas muito longe de um resort. Café da manhã muito mal servido, não repõem com rapidez e pelo tamanho do hotel merecia uma variedade maior . Vantagem de ser em frente à praia é a 800 mts das piscinas naturais. Eu e meu filho comemos carne de sol e isca de peixe, nenhum dos dois estava bom. Uma coisa boa foram as dicas da atendente Angélica, foram primordiais para um lanche após as 22h e também sobre Barra Grande, uma simpatia de pessoa e muito empenhada em nos ajudar de todas as formas para que nós sentíssemos acolhidos. As piscinas grandes, uma aquecida que a aparência da água não era agradável, e a de borda infinita só vi suja, muito mal cuidada, o mar tinha água mais limpa. O Hotel fica no meio da natureza, porém a parte da piscina e praia ficam devendo aos hóspedes, eu contei menos de 10 espreguiçadeiras, e acontece uma confusão generalizada em busca de um lugar ao sol. O deck da piscina é de PVC , impossível andar descalço, para entrar na piscina os chinelos são indispensáveis. Não ha serviço na praia ne guarda sol. O restaurante faz pratos divinos e deveria ser mais explorado. O hotel é ótimo, funcionários pra lá de atenciosos. As fotos não fazem jus ao verdadeiro estado do hotel, diversas questão csudadas pelo tempo e pela falta de manutenção. O serviço é de hotel e não de “resort”, atendimento fraquíssimo, e depois piorou na parte da piscina, tanto pela má vontade dos atendentes como pela falta de toalhas por exemplo. O único ponto positivo foi a comunicação rápida e com pró atividade de quem estava na recepção durante a noite que conseguimos resolver tanto sobre barulho quanto opções para sairmos jantar. Sobre o Resort, o chuveiro tem pouca vazão e não ocorreu troca das toalhas, mesmo solicitando no segundo dia, saímos na quarta diária, sem haver uma troca. Houve um desconforto na primeira noite e parte da manhã, pois teve uma queda de energia e o gerador não atendeu o suficiente, ficando sem ar condicionado na noite e outros serviços como água por exemplo na parte da manhã. Observei que o resort não tem um mapa da península estampado, objeto muito comum nestes lugares turísticos. Café satisfatório, mas o cardápio para almoço e janta com pouca variedade. Péssimas condições das entradas, muita lama e buracos dentro de Barra Grande inclusive. Voltarei mais vezes ! Mas …. O local é incrível. Não tenho o que reclamar quanto ao atendimento , conforto e beleza do local. Um ponto de observação (no caso, melhoria), o hotel oferta a algumas pessoas de fora o day use, deveria ficar claro a limitação do acesso dos day use em relação aos hóspedes. Me senti incomodada, vendo as melhores mesas em volta das piscinas ocupadas por day use sendo que paguei diária, lembrando que o day use é oferecido como brinde (as pessoas não pagam ). Acho que deveria limitar o day use somente a área da piscina na beira da praia e ainda assim, delimitar as mesas que podem usar. Notei alguns hóspedes incomodados também. Fica a dica!
