Security camera details: There are cameras facing front of the house and back of the house - for checking owners boat. Dock details: The 38-foot dock can accommodate a 25-foot boat. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had everything we needed for the week. We were located right on a canal and walking distance to nice shops and a great coffee and dessert place. The landscaping in and around the pool and the decks is beautiful and a great combination of date, coconut, and non-fruit palm trees, palm bushes, and trees to create a real sense of privacy and luxury around the pool. We did have a problem in that there was no iron and no spices in the cabinets. I offered to even go get an iron. Unfortunately the response from the property manager was left on our home phone and we did not hear it until we returned. The Kuerig coffee machine had no water filter. These were minor annoyances but definitely affected our stay. Overall we would go back. It is a great spot. 4.5 stars. ##### Joe N.
