This unit has fresh paint, all new furniture and landscaping! It is a tranquil getaway for a small family or a couple! There is a flat screen TV in the living room, bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top in the bedroom and the en suite bathroom features a shower. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a washer & dryer. The dining table holds 6 comfortably. The best part about this unit? Add it to your stay at The Lazy Lime to make it a 6bed/4bath property for your large family! This property does not have any dockage. There is no trailer parking either. The pool does not have a heater. This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. \*\*\*Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions.
