Upstairs, the expansive primary bedroom offers its own comfortable seating area, work desk, and private bathroom. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the futon in the living room. Other features you'll love include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access. Outside, when you aren't hanging out on the beach, check out the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Golf, Sunset Park, and the Dolphin Research Center. Marathon also lacks no amount of yummy seafood joints and vibrant local boutiques. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
