This wonderfully remodeled three story private home is relatively new to the rental market with all 5 Star reviews. It has all the amenities anyone could ask for! A grand staircase enters a two-story great room overlooking the water. The third-floor master suite with king bed has its own private bath and a terrace with incredible views. There is a large second floor terrace for relaxing and entertaining with two fire pits and a gas grill. There is a private entertainment suite on the first floor with king bed and its own private bathroom and shower. The third bedroom with queen bed has its own full bath and private entrance onto the larger terrace. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Each room is beautifully furnished with antiques and fine art. Make sure to look through all the pictures - This is not your typical vanilla rental house. Additional sleeping options can also be provided. The gourmet kitchen with seating for 12 provides all new stainless-steel appliances, gas stove top, two ovens, microwave, pots & pans, plates & utensils, etc. There is a large heated pool and separate hot tub. Plenty of dockage for multiple boats! A 110-foot seawall and two new 38.5' finger piers can accommodate up to three 50' yachts with (2) 30-amp & (1) 50-amp shore power and water connections. There is also a floating dock for jet skis, kayaks and paddle boards. The pool area has a sun deck, covered patio, a 2nd outdoor gas grill for cooking with plenty of seating both outdoors and indoors for large dinner parties and events. Big screen TV's with cable and high-speed internet are on the first, second and third floors. The private 1,376 square feet air-conditioned 1st floor entertainment suite with additional private full bath adds multiple functionality to your vacation stay. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks and boat trailers. The public boat ramp is only minutes away. Large ice machine and bait freezers located outside. Large fish cleaning station. Free onsite use of kayaks, paddle boards, dive tanks, fishing rods, pool table, fitness weight equipment and more. This house is far above your typical rental. Located in Coco Plum(Marathon) with one of the widest canals (200 feet across) in the Florida Keys with direct deep-water ocean access. The Gulfside may be easily accessed through Vaca Cut. In addition to a fishing, diving and snorkeling paradise Marathon has numerous fine restaurants, tiki bars with live music and some amazing sunset vistas. Coco Plum Beach is within walking distance of the house. When not on the water, take a day to visit Key West, Islamorada or some of the many other unique Keys attractions. His home is not only amazing, there are so many extras to enjoy; paddle boards/kayaks/jet skis/ game room/pool and hot tub. Our sister and brother in law were also with us this trip. Beds were comfortable. Pool, hot tub, jet skis, plenty of room on the dock to tie up our rented '25 CC - plus ice machine and other toys (paddle boards, kayaks...). We really had fun. Nice neighborhood with big lots, super wide canal - and grocery shopping etc in Marathon is easy. No issues with neighbors making noise. The attention to detail and decorations throughout the property were amazing. It was one of those unique places that made you stop and look around to appreciate the atmosphere. The property came with all kinds of amenities including jet skis, weight room, pool, hot tub and even an ice maker. I had all kinds of room to park the boat. Ken was easy to contact and very receptive to help in any capacity. We had horrible weather but staying at Ken’s house really made the trip a success.
