The only main issue that I had with our stay was that the house was not cool. After being out all day in the heat, you want to come home to a lovely, cold home. There is a window unit in the kitchen window to try to offset the heat in the house, and box fans in each room. However, with the Florida heat, the central unit was unable to keep up with the outside temperature. Making it uncomfortable at night. The home needs some TLC, with the main issue being the A/C. Overall, we made the best with what we were dealing with and had a great time. ##### Casey P. The backyard was incredible, with a HUGE bonus of having the gazebo right next to the dock…a fabulous feature! Very peaceful area, with a lot of nature preserves around, so light pollution and noise were minimal. The kitchen could use a few items, including basic cleaning supplies and some of the furniture needs replaced, but just for aesthetics, everything was in great working order.
