This captivating 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family residence seamlessly combines luxury, coziness, and outdoor entertainment. Tucked away in a scenic locale, this home features a brand new pool and hot tub, establishing a secluded haven for relaxation and leisure. Step into a thoughtfully designed interior with an open layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Bathed in natural light, the residence exudes a welcoming and warm ambiance.  
The kitchen boasts bar seating for two, complemented by a dining table accommodating six. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom features two double beds with a conveniently located guest bathroom in the hall. The laundry facilities are tucked away in the closet near the kitchen.The expansive backyard is a haven for entertainers and nature enthusiasts alike. Submerge yourself in the pristine waters of the newly installed pool, unwind in the hot tub, or savor outdoor meals on the patio. Additionally, the property offers dockage, granting direct access to the water for those with a passion for boating, fishing, and diving. Whether you're enjoying a barbecue, indulging in poolside relaxation, or embarking on a nautical adventure from your private dock, this home provides an ideal backdrop for crafting cherished memories. Revel in the epitome of waterfront living with this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom jewel, where each day unfolds like a perpetual vacation in paradise.\*\*Please note there are exterior cameras on property. These are for both the safety of the guests & the owner. There is temporarily no electric at the dock at this time. Please note the hot tub and pool cannot be heated simultaneously. The schedule for the pool heat is all day until 5:30 pm from November until May 1. The hot tub is set at 100 degrees from 5:30-10:30 pm during winter season. The schedule may be flexible. Please call the property manager for details.Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.\*\*\*Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. #### Beautiful pool and outdoor areas

The pool and hot tub are beautiful and are heated to a very comfortable temperature. The outdoor areas are spacious with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you would need to cook meals. The beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this rental.
