The property is located on a corner so there is ample parking for cars and our 26ft boat and trailer had plenty of room to park and get turned around in. The canal is wide and protected so there was no issues for us getting turned around. Located right next to Vaca Cut we were able to reach any destination we wanted ocean and bay side. The property was also very convenient. Dive shops, Bait Shops, Marine Gas ups, Restaurants, Publix, Winn Dixie, shopping, 2 state parks, 2 public boat ramps and the air port all within 15 minutes or less. This was our first time staying in Marathon, but not our first time in the Keys and I can't imagine staying at any other Key the next time we go! Melissa and Nicholas are very responsive to our questions before we booked, before we arrived and during our stay. The property was very tasteful in its amenities and offerings. Everything you need in the kitchen and more and plenty of seating inside and outside of the house allowed us to spread out and enjoy a night in or to sit outside and watch the sunset. We highly recommend this vrbo and look forward to planning our next trip at this same location again next lobster season! ##### Margaret C.
