This charming retreat features plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The upper sun deck is furnished with lounge chairs, providing the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine. A spacious outdoor bar area is ideal for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. Several patios with seating offer comfortable spaces for dining al fresco or simply relaxing in the fresh air. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in the peaceful surroundings. Inside, the home is tastefully updated with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property also offers ample parking and a prime location, just minutes from local attractions, dining, and shopping. SLEEPS MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS: Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Living Room: Sofa, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV) Kitchen: Nicely equipped (all things necessary to prepare and serve a meal) AMENITIES: \- Sun Deck w/ Lounge Chairs \- Multiple Patio Areas w/ Outdoor Seating \- Outdoor Bar \- Outdoor Shower \- Wood/Charcoal BBQ Grill \- Parking for up to 2 vehicles, including boat trailers (driveway 21' W x 18' D). RV's are not permitted. \- Linen's and towels (bath & pool/beach) provided \- 3 miles to Coco Plum Beach \- 5 miles to Sombrero Beach \- 16 miles to Bahia Honda State Park IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY: Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a smoke-free environment. Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited. To help maintain a pet-free environment for all, we require every guest to confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and does not require creating an account. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process. Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay. Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.
