The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top. ••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants. ••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately.
