Inside, the open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full-size sleeper sofas, making it comfortable for families or larger groups. The primary suite includes a queen bed, bunk beds, and a private ensuite bathroom. The kids spent a lot of time fishing from the dock and loved it. The kitchen was a bit tight for 6 person (it was a very tight squeeze to eat, we couldn't fit more than that a t the table) and the number of plates, utensils... was very limited so we had to do dishes after every meal (we could have used the dishwasher but chose not to for so little items at a time). We enjoyed our stay! The kids got to fish off the dock and we spent a lot of time out there. It was very peaceful. We brought our paddle boards and paddled up and down the canal with the kids and they loved it. The property is close to everything we wanted to do in Marathon and a short drive to many other restaurants and activities we enjoyed while in the Keys. I will leave a tip for future guests staying: ensure that you bring bug spray or purchase when you arrive. We luckily brought some but we definitely got a few bites from β€œno-see-ums” before we dug out the bug spray. With the spray they left us alone! Beautiful sunsets at night from the dock and a cool hangout area under the house with a hammock chair the kids loved as well. The property manager liesd to us and said it was a brand new system and they had a trouble call in for a HVAC technician, which never showed up. It down in the 40s inside and was unbearable. I complained and complained and nothiing happened and then on Monday morning the property manager had the local police come to the house and evict us!
