Clean on inside. Worn on the outside. There was construction noise from next door. It was even lots of hammering on Saturday. ##### may l. First impression of property was "Wow!" It wasn't over the top, but everything was clean and looked new, from furniture to decor to amenities. Well thought out. Attractive. The water equipment was really nice to have available. Pool was a nice amenity, with water temperature just right for February. Great walking area. Nice canal or inlet behind the unit. Moorage for your boat, if you have one. Fun to watch the pelicans, if you don't. Nice beach (Coco Plum) a short distance away, easy walk. Can't say enough good things about Angela! Helpful from start to finish. Super responsive communications. Great tips on places we asked about. We just couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! Highly, highly recommend. ##### Guy R. The condo is updated with beautiful decor. The kitchen had every appliance and all the essentials needed for our stay. There are plenty of games, cards and a bumper pool table that the teenagers loved. We enjoyed bird watching from the dock and the kayaks added to our adventures.
