Please note that this is a privately owned villa and is not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Your reservation has been made through Vacasa, not through the resort. As a result, access to certain Hawks Cay Resort amenities—including all resort pools—is not included with your stay. At this time, Hawks Cay Resort does not offer a daily resort pass for amenity access.  
  
However, as a guest of this vacation rental, you are welcome to enjoy select on-site amenities, including:  
\- On-site dining options  
\- Dolphin Connection (tickets must be purchased in advance and prior to entering the resort)  
\- Services at the Calm Waters Spa  
\- Access to Duck Key Marina  
\- Fishing charters departing from the marina  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.  
  
  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Résidence et maison très bien entretenus. Terrasse et jacuzzi, avec vue sur un canal, agréables. Quartier très calme. Localisation : un bon compromis au milieu des Keys mais peu d’activités aux alentours par météo médiocre.

My wife and 5 month old stayed here for about a week. The small pool was perfect for all of us. House was clean and had everything we needed. Angler and Ale restaurant was the best we ate at while in the Keys. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived and had an issue getting into the property. Besides that no issues except minor stuff, like we like to fish, but the dock area is blocked off for repairs. To be extra picky, didn't like that there was no bathrooms downstairs. Besides that the place was perfect. On my way out I had an issue with the door not wanting to lock from the outside, but a quick phone call got that handled. We love Duck Key! 4.5 out of 5

Property was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was nice and had what we needed. Location is good. Publix about 20 minutes south. The property is located on a canal, however, it is NOT accesable at all from the unit. Overall, a lovely stay, just bummed we couldn't launch our paddleboards from the dock along the rear of the property.

Stayed here with another couple. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and quiet area here. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great for our 2 couples. We enjoyed the small dipping pool. The kitchen was very equipped. We had an excellent stay and would recommend this rental!
